I've been trying to promote my affiliate Tracking url from some networks, but as it seems to me it alwase redirect to some other "random" landing page.
why doesn't my tracking url redirect to the same page as when I hit preview landing page on the offer?

Its no wonder I never getting paid, huh?

It sounds like you are trying to view an offer that's for a different country and you are being redirected due to this. You're best off speaking to your AM to confirm.

yes, well it is a US offer, and i'm in Europe. Do people from the US who open my affiliate link the right landing page or maybe I can only offer from the same country as I am in.. Been trying to deal with this stuff for 8 hours a day right now but seems not getting anywhere close to people clicking my link.
I am starting to believe not even the people from the United States can get to the right landing page. :\

Yes, people from the U.S. will get the right landing page if it's a U.S. offer. Now it's just a matter of promoting the offer to get people to click on it.

Chris is probably right, probably a redirection due to location. What network are you with? Any luck reaching an AM?

genrally networks like peerfly have a screenshot next to the offer link, apart from that you can talk about it with our AM..

I guess the offer is simply GEO restricted to a certain country. If someone from another country clicks on it, it will redirect them to something else. If you ensure your campaign is targeting the correct country only it will work without a problem
