not getting the clicks to convert on facebook ads

not getting it right please help
after paying for my facebook ads, around $1500 and not recieved a penny-- I am doing something wrong and don't know what to do? my facebook page high spirit horse has hugh amount of likes but I don't know how to get "LIKES" to convert to money? I bought domaine and opened up a web site but still I don't know how to convert anything to generate money? Please someone help, I have a large number of fans but not sure how to convert any part of this into money. This is killing me and about to throw in the towell . I invested again here War Forum and bought Mike ……….. offering for the mastermind vault where noone helps me that was $495. I hate that I am just throwing money away that I need to pay my bills, so please I'm begging here show me how to make money step by step with this niche? I have applied to affilate programs but heard nothing and still wouldn't know how to get that going either.I must be a real Dumb ass to not be getting this when everyone else here can make money ? check out facebook high spirit horse and my newly formed web site-- highspirit.us.I can give away free t shirts but then again when I figure out who won one I can't get the address to send it out??

    It seems you need to learn more about Faceboook ads
    maybe you paid those $1500 a little to soon

    If you have lots of fans well you can direct them to your website
    and add a paypal buy button?

      your right but I have spent about a month or more and many hours trying to figure it out, been to many sites many google ads and I go to webinars to learn but there is something very basic that I am missing. I did jump into this too quickly with my ads but now for minimal amount I have now gotten most of my likes organically -2244People Talking About This

    If you are unsure how to go about generating money, you should stop spending so much until you have a plan.

    What are you advertising in your FB ads and what is your goal for those ads? Obtaining more likes? Directing them to your website?

      good questions I started off wanting to make money on facebook then I couldn't advertise something I didn't believe in so I developed a web site advertsing my horses that will be selling at auction check out highspirit.us but that website was a new aspect of my interest but one I believe in. When I started all this I just thought it would be easy acording to the video I got from mastermind vault, but it isn't so easy andtaking up a lot of time but I hate to just give up that would be such a total loss and I hate losing!!Now I have so many fans that want to know more about the horses and don't want to let them down and I believe that I can make money with this I just don't know how yet, but getting close to giving up but now spent another $97 and I don't want to just throw that away now too! I will give it a try again and try to follow it closer. one more thing what and how do I get "One or more of your pixels aren't verified yet," I need that to get the conversion?

    Here is a method I actively use, right now, to make money. You can take the idea and use it for yourself. I would NEVER pay for facebook 'likes'. Waste of money. I consider 'likes' more for branding.

    This method is in the diet/health niche. Personally I use a direct response approach. Remember that the less clicks to get to the landing page the higher conversion (usually) AND the ad and demographic are 50 percent of it. The other 50 percent is have a great landing page/sales funnel to convert.

    Check this out, Health and Beauty Affiliate Programs by MarketHealth.com - They provide landing pages that are already done for you. Ill show an example of what I mean. The idea of this is to be pushing RELEVANT facebook PPC traffic to a trial offer for garcinia cambogia.

    Steps to Making Money with Facebook PPC:

    1. Make a Facebook PPC ad that looks exactly like one you see being advertised for your prospective product now. In this case the extract.

    2. Make some slight changes in the wording and test a different picture. The more relevantly shocking the pic the better it does (Makes a huge difference) Ex. "BUY" verses "Try". Try always works better for me. Use 1 cent below the recommended bid to begin with.

    3. Now connect Drivers Are Furious: Many Are Being Ripped Off By Not Following This 1 Simple Rule - Smarter Life Daily with a markehealth sales page. (Example shown by checking short link).

    4. This is a cost per sale and it actually works. I'll let you figure out demographics. Remember to use facebook power editor to show the ad to people who are using their DESKTOP and in the NEWS feed. This is a CPS so it won't work any other way. Again, this works for me right now so it's not theoretical.
    From here a/b test and tweak ad creatives.

    Have you tried sending them to a squeeze page for a free report and then advertise an affiliate product on the thank you page you send them to download the Free Report?

    This works well and you can setup a funnel to promote other products depending on the persons actions.

    That way you have their email that you can use to keep in touch, give them valuable info, videos etc plus make more seas pitches to them.

    Again, you can do this with affiliate produce from click bank.com or physical products from amazon.com.

    Can you give more info on what you've done?
    IMO I don't like paying for likes. I'd rather pay to drive users to a landing page and try to convert them into leads from there.

    I know it's frustrating but can you share more information on what you've done so far and where you want to go from here? (I'm assuming you just want to start making money but I need to ask)

    Stop spending. Read some case studies on how people used their page to make them money. What are you trying to sell and how? You need to learn how to market better on FB before throwing so much money at it. Do small tests and see what happens before you just up your budget to something too big to lose!

      I thank all of you for your input here, it's nice that you are so honest with me and not misleading me to believe that I am able to do this
      OK I will start testing and not spend money with ads anymore.Of course this will sound crazy but what am I testing for, my ads? My ads have been well received so far the ones that weren't have been stopped.I am no longer boosting and now I have pretty much all organic"likes" to my ads.I am going to read the pages that you offer for me and try and follow.I guess 1 of my problems has to do with what affilate's have to offer ? I am tired of getting all this adult only emails and dating sites, also sick of all the weight loss emails, every other 1 is about losing weight and they are flooding my computer. I went to the max bounty and tried clicking on the leading page for sweepstakes entry and that was crazy how much I had to fill out to get the offer- I finally, after 30 min. gave up because it took me to car insurance (im not interested in) mortgage refinance and so much more that I could care nothing about. So I am getting to the point that that I was mislead from the beginning about how easy it is to make money on facebook and since I only want to market things I believe are great products and can benefit horses and people and since my facebook site was started for those that love horses "just for the love of the horse".
      I have bred racehorses and race them - last year won $ 250,000 ky final for 2 yr olds.But this business is expensive to be in and not always so lucky as we were last year.My horses, I do love them for what they are and honor them and advertise them as best I can. So I guess what I am trying to find out is that niche, which is liked by many and honor the horse, is probally not going to make me any money on facebook and I should try something else? Is that what I am getting from everyone here? Unfortunately I must believe in something I am going to advertse and I am not finding that niche to work in making me money. I am just disapointed that I spent so much on bogus training systems that are nothing but ads that produced no results and basically I fell into thinking I could make money on facebook. I am totally disappointed with myself into believing I could do that with facebook. I hope to be proved wrong but I am done throwing money away onto false claims of making money - I just didn't want to admit I was wrong , but I was wrong into believing I could. So of couse that marketing niche, "making money online click here" wont work for me because I don't want others to make the same mistake I made. Thanks everyone here maybe I can find something worth my time to develop,I am still open to your help and opinions here and look forward to learning this business if I can??? Also can do some free T shirts and photos for clicking "likes" or whatever way, can my website be a leading page? But still I don't see how that can make me money? Also I have developed products I could sell that I have not marketed for horses yet. My Grandfather, Harry M Stevens was an inventor of many things like the drinking straw, the idea of putting the hot dog in the bun, the first american hot dog developed to keep the fans warm at baseball games, I guess I believe that I am capable of developing something before I die that would be a major advantage to our generation. who knows????
      My other interests would be marketing my photography and selling holistic and natural remeadies for horses and people,developing supplements for horses and people ?I have a great idea for health of animals and humans but not sure how to develop that yet? if anyone has ideas for that or insights on any of this I would love to hear some ideas. Thanks again I will go back and read your past posts and see what happens from those ideas!

    From what I gather from your site, you breed and sell horses.

    It's not clear to me who you targeted on FB. But if you targeted just anyone that mentioned they liked horses, I'm sure few of them are able/willing/want to buy a horse. FB may not be the place to advertise your service/product. Spending $1500 seems like quite a lot for this and I'm not sure if all you wanted is for them to see your FB page and like it or try to sell them your service.

    You want to target those actively searching what you offer. Your site is poor in many ways. You certainly are not selling your service so bringing in traffic at this point is a waste.

    Here's my recommendation: build a better site to sell your product. This will set you back a few thousand but a good copywriter will help in converting your traffic. Then, advertise. FB may not be the answer for you but pay-per-click services like Adwords should. In both cases, get pros to do these things for you.

    The most I've spent on Facebook ads was $10/day and I tried that for one week with poor results. After that I advertised very little on Facebook, and now I probably won't advertise there again because I would just be wasting money.
