How to be sure paid CPL traffic is legit?

Hi,

I am looking to work with MundoMedia for a CPL campaign which I've never done before. I have read positive reviews from publishers for this agency but I can't find any advertisers that have reviewed it.

My question is; If I am paying for signups, how can I be sure they are not sending imaginary traffic to signup?

    you can cross check the registrations with white pages etc... (and also see if the registrants are converting)

    but don't worry Mundo is legit

    if you have control over pixel you can do too many things then with advance tracking systems to find out if that is converting, but other than that you just need to start testing small..
