    Maybe try bingads, typically you are either going to be looking for quality traffic or cheap traffic, it's hard to get both at once

    If you're looking for only clicks without sales, then go for adfly. Pretty much sucks if you're looking for traffic that converts. Otherwise, look up 7search or PPV. That's as cheap as you can get for quality.

    I would try Exoclix. They let you buy direct traffic kinda like buy sell ads, but they are way cheaper. I would recommend them for sure. If you would like you can signup for a publisher if you contact them.
