Using CPA offers with Email Help

I'm looking to start building an email list within a niche and then send them high quality related products which I think they would benefit from. I know there is a lot of hard work ahead of me but I have a few good ideas I want to try out in this niche, where I think I can provide some good value and information people will be looking for.
My only worry is if I send them to a CPA offer which doesn't allow email. For example, I am signed up with MaxBounty and Peerfly and want to use some of the offers in their networks. The offers I would like to promote don't allow email, but I was wondering if its ok to send my subscribers to a page on my own website which has a link to the CPA offer?
Just wondering how people are able to use email for CPA Marketing, as almost all of them don't allow email unlike with Clickbank products.
