IN google analytics, is 26 users/sessions meaning 26 unique visitors came to my website??? for today?


if so in contrast in my adsense account page, i only see 1 visitor for today

i feel a little good that my seo optimizing my articles is turning out without any proper guidance......

    I don't like Google Analytics. I find it necessarily complex unless you have a large-scale business. Try statcounter.com, it's really simple, easy-to-use, free, and gives you detailed visitor stats. You'll probably like it a lot better!

    Have a look at source the most assumable explanation to this is unfortunately spam, there is a major issue with Google Analytics tracking referral spam these days, as well as organic spam so have a look at this first.

    I agree that Google Analytics does seam to track allot of spam referral hits and search engine hits.. Make sure you have the date range set from Today until Today, and not the last 30 days or whatever. Another thing to keep in mind is where that traffic came from. If it was a bot or came from some small country Adsense may not have displayed any ads and therefor, no pageviews were counted.

      I am not agree with you Danielmav...Google Analytic always show the perfect results for same you need to check it properly. Yes Its only not showing the proper result in case people are using fake Proxy server and something Identity hidden devices.

    I find comparing these 2 is quite confusing. Maybe you should worry less about what statistics say right now and focus more on how you can increase your traffic. 26 anything is a very low number!

    Sessions in GA doesn't necessarily equals unique visitors. Same user visiting more than once would also be added in total number of sessions. Look for unique sessions instead.

    Google analytics also includes bots visits to your website. Check from what sources you got visits to your website. Is it from organic search or from spam referral source.
