Cpa affiliate managers and owners... Which cpa networks do this????

Hey warriors, I have a question about cpa networks. I wanted to know if anybody know of any good networks that start you off at net 7 or net 15. I know that there are a lot that do after qualifications but which can you start off on those payment cycles? I ask because I have some campaigns that make good money and have good traffic. But I run into cash flow problems that stall my efforts. It's frustrating and I want to find a solution. It's hard to grow when your money is low because you can't access it for 60 days. Some networks say 1k a week and we can put you on it but I need the money to reinvest to get to that point.
Any cpa affiliate mangers out there??

    Maxbounty offers weekly payments almost immediately if I remember correctly (I believe this kicks in after your first payment)
