Highest Paying CPM CPV PPV Ad Networks For Viral Websites

I'm a Web Developer and Seeking Marketing advise, as you know us web developers suck at marketing.
Recently i created a website that is going viral. I developed a way for people to socialize, get traffic and earn points in one unified platform. In effect i created a viral loop that seems to be working wonders. I am left with a huge problem though, i need to monetize the platform.
When developing the platform initially the revenue model was to cash in on ads, because i planned to go viral i figured ads would be the best way to keep the platform completely free.
However im facing a few challenges in identifying the correct network for my platform. Firstly because my platform is incentive based, users earn points, im sure this will infringe on many agencies policies.
The model i would like to adapt is PPV Pay per page views or CPM per 1000 views. Would you suggest this method the correct type for my traffic. The traffic im getting is majority US based. In your experiences could you assist me in the following questions:
1. What is the highest paying PPV for worldwide traffic or US traffic
2. Would they pay per unique view or per page view
3. Will they allow incentive based websites with traffic
I would like to be paid per pageview as i have so many users bouncing around the website earning points which would mean higher earnings. What is the difference between PPV & CPM is CPM per thousand unique views and PPV is per view or page view?
I Don't want to use any CPA offers, i purely need to be paid for views and possibly clicks if you advise this type of method. I need the website to remain fast loading and extremely minimal so the lightest or least obtrusive ads would best serve my website.
