CPA Lead Conversion Point

Hey everybody! I'm an affiliate for CPA Lead's network but I am a little scared to promote anything because It's unclear when the offers convert. They don't have any specific descriptions of when it counts as a conversion like many CPA networks and I'm hoping that someone could tell me. For the email submit/survey type offers does it convert when they submit their email address?

    I'm assuming so yes.

    I know that the mobile offers convert on a download and an open.
