True CPM Ad Networks?

I have a new site and would like to put CPM banners and Videos that auto-play. I am currently testing exoclick and adsoptimal for banners (have not found implemented video ads yet), both of which are terrible so far. I have sent decent quality traffic from mostly U.S. and have had terrible results. Around 25,000 impressions over the last 3 days and only $.05 - $.10 USD so far...

I am looking for networks that pay on a consistent CPM - anyone know of any? Somewhere between 0.2 - 1.0 (or more) CPM for U.S. traffic?

    You can check out Ad Maven, they have great CPM for US traffic.

      That's true I am using them and rates are pretty good, but they only have pop under and light box format. Looking to supplement with banners/videos. I also get good com with context.ad native ads. Thanks for the suggestion!

    I have read mixed reviews about AdMaven. Some have been paid while some are facing issues with support and payment for quite a long time (like 6 to 8 months). Their CPM rates are very interesting and it increases one's curiosity. It's worth trying if you are ready to invest.
