The Process For White-listing Site On Google AdSense

I run a couple of blogs across various niches, up until a few months ago I used my friend's AdSense account to monetize them since I was unable to get an account no matter how many times I tried.
I continued using his AdSense account for over a year before it got banned due to some invalid click activity, which I think was an issue with his site, after this, I purchased a new fully approved AdSense account and started using it on all my sites, but for some reason Ads just don't appear on one of my blogs, it is working great on the rest, but for this one it keeps showing up blank.
On further research, I realised that my domain has been blacklisted, but I could not find any information or procedure for reconsideration or white-listing of my site.
That particular site gets nearly 80% search traffic mostly from tier - 1 countries, there are absolutely no chances of invalid click activity, and without AdSense there are very few methods of effectively monetizing that site.
Please let me know if there is any solution or workaround for this problem!
