Quote from an article "What they don't tell you is, that some percent of those leads must bring profit to advertiser, or not all leads will be paid. Or, in another case, lead must fill some percent of displayed offers, or you will not be paid."
is that real ?

Not sure what you are asking, but if the advertiser is going broke, they will not be able to advertise for long. However an advertiser always has to pay upfront with every online advertising company I have ever seen, so you should always get paid for a click.

Depending on the offer you should normally get paid regardless but if you send too many leads that don't convert then the merchant will likely request you be removed from the offer.
