Anyone have any issues the last two months with Pulsepoint?

I have noticed that on two occasions this year, my impressions have dropped to zero for three days. I have tried emailing them, using their onsite technical support form, and calling the account manager listed online with no avail.

I have been a publish with Pulsepoint or ContextWeb since 2011 with no problems until the last two months.
