Promote CPA with MaxBounty and Facebook.

I'm a complete noob at this. I spent countless hours learning what needs to be learnt (building landing pages, finding niches, tracking conversions, targeting on facebook, PPC campaigns, etc...).
Before diving in, I wanted to know a couple of things. Since FB ads are the most cost-effective way to promote stuff, I want to stay in compliance with their guidelines and avoid getting banned so here it is:
- Is direct linking to an offer still a thing (and by direct link I mean tracking link from CPVLAB or Prosper)? Do i get banned for this by Facebook?
- In case I go the landing page route, Facebook recommends leaving a business contact on the landing page as well as a privacy policy. What to do here? Use those of the business that I'm promoting or avoid this altogether?
- Is there anyone getting away by using Paypal as payment method for Facebook ads?
I read in a couple of places that Facebook hates Paypal and that Paypal should be avoided at all costs.

Any help is much appreciated?

I don't know if I agree with "FB ads are the most cost-effective way to promote stuff", it is one way, but there are several ways and it's all really up to the individual.

To direct link on Facebook, you should use your own domain and hosting and do a redirect (but you should at least try a landing page as well)

For privacy policy, just google privacy policy generator.

Paypal is ok with Facebook, if you're running anything grey or shady you may want to consider not using it though.

Thank you ChrisBa for your response.

I wont be running anything shady. With Facebook I'm gonna stay away from any content they restrict and follow the rules.
Do you recommend other traffic platform? Other than 50onRed (500$ as an initial deposit in out of my budget)? Avazu maybe?

Aside from Facebook, you could also look at Bing Ads

Why not go with Bing? they aren't that strict when it comes to direct linking and also their traffic converts well on most of the campaigns.

    Hello everyone,
I am trying to work with MaxBounty, my traffic comes from facebook, but I am having problems sharing MaxBounty links on facebook, they are detected as spam and get automatically deleted or have no reach at all!
    Thank you!
PS: I already tried forwarding from a paid website (not working)

Facebook is not a good choice for promoting CPA or other affiliate products. I highly recommend you to use Bing ads or native advertising to get some great result.

For promoting cpa offers bing ads are much preferable to all.But there's nothing wrong in fb ads also. You can try both.

Facebook ads are good if you follow their ToC otherwise you will only get your account banned.
