What do I need to do to get Adsense approval?

I want to subscribe with Google Adsense as one of my websites is ready but I need to make sure of a few things before .What are the things I need to get approval ?

1.Since my website basically has no traffic will I get accepted or do we need a certain amount of traffic before being ?

2.Do I need to subscribe everytime separately for a new website or how does the concept work because I am going to do a few more sites?

Basically what requirements do I need for approval ?

    You can use one adsense account with multiple sites. As long as you are a real person and have a site that doesnt violate terms you should be approved. Also you need a privacy policy on your site.
