How can I get approved for Adsense? Thanks

I'm trying to get Adsense for my website. What's the best way to obtain approval. I haven't started monetizing yet, it's just posts for relationship building first. Thank you

To get approved by Google AdSense you need quality content. try to write 20 to 50 posts before applying. Make your site navigation easy. Add about us, privacy policy pages etc. You can learn more about their approval process here:- https://support.google.com/adsense/?hl=en#topic=3373519

If you are using WordPress, make sure your website/blog has at least 40 quality articles which are not copied from anywhere else. Your content on the articles should be extremely rich and make sure you use relevant images where ever required. Try to include two lengthy articles of 2000 words each, which should be absolutely stunning while anyone reads them on your website. If you are using HTML website or any other non CMS version of blog, make sure you have atleast 50 pages on your website in form or articles or landing pages.

Before applying to AdSense, make sure you don’t allow or place any other third party banner ad code on your website. Google (employees) will strictly look into your website manually and they hate seeing some third party ads installed in your website. Stay away from Infolinks, Chitika, Yahoo Ads or any other third party network to get the first impression clean on your website. Make sure you put only the fresh content and some regular widgets on the website.

Also, stay away from affiliate links such as hosting programs, Amazon affiliates, Clickbank or anyother until your account is approved.

    hope it will hep

Are there any affiliate products you can promote? If so, the odds are good they will earn more per click than Adsense.

IMO Adsense should only be used as a last resort, when you can't monetize in any other way.

It shouldn't be used at all, unless you are a YouTuber with hundreds of thousands of subscribers who gets millions of video views per month. That's the only real way to make any money with it.

Why on Earth would anyone put Adsense on their blog when there are SO MANY better ways to monetize a blog and make SO MUCH more money from it?

Take a look at all of the top blogs and see what kind of advertising they have on their site. I'll bet you 10 to 1 they are publishing native ads from Taboola, Outbrain, RevContent, etc. They are also monetizing with paid product/ad placements and affiliate reviews.

Adsense = Let Google use your site to make more money from it than you do.

Below are the list of things that you need to do before applying for Google AdSense to get approval:
    1. Write High-Quality Content - Google loves the blog who are providing high-quality content and their visitors are enjoying it. Keep in mind that your application will be reviewed by humans and you have to impress them to get approved by AdSense.
    2. Create Privacy Page for Your Blog - The first thing you will need to apply for Google AdSense and get approval is the privacy policy of your blog or website. If you don't have it you cannot get approval simple is that.
    3. Create About Page - Like privacy policy, you must have an About page so that you can get approved. This also shows that there is a real person behind the blog.
    4. Setup A Contact Us Page - Create a contact page, if possible add your email that you are going to apply for Google AdSense. If possible do get some professional email address like ammar@allbloggingtips.com and your social profile links too.
    5. Verify Your Name and Email - When you apply don't forget to put your name and email address in some easily visible area like about and contact pages. It will confirm to Google AdSense team that it is the same person who applied for AdSense and not some spam, crappy bots.
    6. Improve Your Blog Design - Your blog design matters a lot. It should be professional and not like a messy photo gallery. A clean, professional and fast-loading design is appreciated by Google.
    7. Have Some Good Number Of Posts - The best time to apply for AdSense account is when you have at least 20 good quality posts. Your blog posts length should be at least 600+ words with quality content.
    8. Use Top Level Domain - Google has made changes to their policies. If you have a blog with blogspot and the domain is yourblog.blogspot.com then chances are you will get approved quickly.
    9. Remove Other Ad Networks - If you have any other ads placed like Chitika, Infolinks, Clicksor or anything, it's time to drop them off. Make your blog free from ads.

This is very old info and may well have changed in the decade or so since first suggested, but it's worth considering...Set up a blog at Blogger with 10 good quality articles and apply for AdSense through Blogger. Since Google owns Blogger it used to be easier to be approved for AdSense using Blogger than your own site...again, not sure if this still applies or not.

That's actually how I did it, and I had 2 articles on my Blogger blog when I applied. Approved in less than 3 hours. Of course, that was also in 2008.
