I need help opening a Traffic Junky account! Please help me!

I need to open an account on Traffic Junky but I can't start advertising on their network without first providing them with a referral from an account manager of another display advertising network. I contacted Adwords, Facebook and Traffic Holder and all refused to provide me a referral because they claim it's against their policy. Does anyone know a way to overcome this dilemma? The only solution I can think of is to find an account manager from display advertising network who's willing to give a referral for a fee. Is this possible? If so, where do you think I can find one who's willing to do this?

    adwords never provide referral link they provide you a code and you need to contact them how to use and how to earn
    but dont know about FB and traffic holder

    "without first providing them with a referral from an account manager of another display advertising network." No way this is true. Why would an account manager from a competing network will give you a referral to them? They are his competitors, he doesn't want them to make money.
