Whats the deal with Email Submits Redirecting?

So I am a successful affiliate with one of the more well know and trusted CPA networks. This week, I was able to find a great source of leads for email submits that would prove to be EXTREMELY profitable for both me and the network.

I had never promoted email submits before, but figured they were pretty straightforward. I sent 5 or 6 of them to my lead source for approval and they reached out and told me that every single one redirected to a page that wasn't the advertised email submit.

I tested it myself and got the same result, multiple redirects and no email submit. I called a friend to ask them to try the link (non tracking link), and they were able to actually see the offer. We have different ISP's (Verizon, Comcast), both both live in the US, in the same state, about 20 minutes away. So whats the deal with this? Why would it be redirecting to a completely different landing page?

I guess my real question is, if the page redirects to a different offer/survey and my lead fills it out, do I still get credit?

Also anyone know of any networks that have email submits that DON'T do this?
