What is it?

The traffic I am targeting is outside the region where I'm from. I just want to know so I can have a clear idea when I start the campaign.

    If by chance yo are asking what a CPA Offer Two Page Submit is?

    It just means that the user has to submit both the first and second page in order to complete the offer / for you to get paid. You don't get paid if they only submit the first page.

      May I add, what is usually is asked to submit on the 2nd page? In my case, the first page is asking to submit an email.

        What is the offer and what is the payout?

        I really don't like offers that just ask for email on the first page. If the user doesn't submit the second page, you get nothing, but the advertiser gets a free lead. I will pass these type of offers unless I know the vertical well and confident that it's going to convert well or I know in advance that it's a good converting offer.

        However, I have seen offers like this that if the second page isn't submitted, then they don't get the email. Usually, I will submit just the first page/email and then see if they send me any mail.

            They will need to submit a postal address where samples can be delivered.

            Enter an email and see what info they want. I assume it's name and shipping info.

            If you want to make decent money, you need to be promoting offers that pay at least $15 per lead, preferably $20+. Unless it's a high converting offer and performs like a $15-$20 offer, then a lower payout is OK.

              Yup. I just tested it using proxy and they ask for a name and address on the 2nd page.

              I am not yet an expert in CPA and only made 2 leads so far with email submit (not 2 page submit) offers only. Really, I come to realize that the money is in the traffic. And that's my main problem up to now. I cannot afford paid traffic using the usual methods like PPC and the like. I am after free traffic for now. But I have an idea how to pay traffic using very low budget.

    These two page email submits are often much more difficult to convert than one page. This one sounds like a fairly low paying one as well.
