Does anybody know how to get started with CPA marketing using this method?

Hello everyone, I am a newbie and I am ready to change my life. I think I'm just about ready to start running campaigns that's why I'm looking for someone who's kind enough to help. I have a few questions in regards of getting started.

So I plan on swiping existing campaigns that are already working for others and optimizing a few elements. How should I get started with this? Do I need tools like WhatRunsWhere?

I plan on using bluehost for hosting, and CPV Labs for tracking, and I also plan to promote my offers by native ads, media buying, FB, and Bing. But however, if I'm going to use advertorials how do I prevent myself from being banned?

You are definitely on the right track regarding reverse engineering

Make sure you have a decent amount of cash for traffic though... given the channels you mentioned.

I'm on a low budget so in your opinion what's the minimum amount you think would good enough for me to get started?

It depends what the traffic source is, as you mentioned 4 different types of traffic sources in your post.

Every native platform you'll actually run traffic on will have their own rules and terms you'll have to follow.

RevContent and Content.Ad for example have completely different policies on what your pages should look like. Facebook is much stricter on new accounts (as in get you in a loop that you can't get out of, essentially banning your site).

Here's an example of RevContent's policies: https://faq.revcontent.com/customer/...ments/articles Keep an eye out for the "Disclosures" mid-way down the page for Advertorial pages. You'll have to have that verbiage on page before they approve your creative.

WhatRunsWhere, AdBeat, etc are all fine tools to see what is currently running on which platform.

Look for the campaigns that have run 30+ days, not just recent campaigns. Campaigns that have a long duration of run time are more apt to have been successful as far as their ROI is concerned.

When you're first starting out, I HIGHLY suggest you stick to a single platform first before you throw out a bucket approach. On-Page Optimizations will be much different on FB, Bing and Native Ad Networks. You want to be somewhat profitable before you scale up.

Also, keep in mind that many PPC campaigns naturally run on very small margins (5-20%), so just set your expectations at a reasonable level. The last time we had one of our products in the hands of a network, they were thrilled with 5-8% ROI overall. They were spending upwards of $10,000 - 20,000/day on their networks with our products.

It's also a good idea if you get in touch with the product owner to see if they can get you updated creatives or what they have found to be working the best most recently.

  • Most of the adverting network which you mentioned above they dont accept direct link, create a free landing page using WP Lead X plugin in your own website and start with $5 per day and test it and optimize the ad ever day,
If you use broad keyword in Bing you will get click for $0.05 cents and you can test it for a week.

If you do some research you'll find some CPA programs that are better than others.

In the IM space there are some reputable CPA programs which I have been trying and have made a quick little extra income just by posting to facebook groups (no spamming of course....)

Paid traffic with some of the available traffic networks (there are some cheap sources if you make a search) out there works as well for this. Also, having a list where you can send people to you CPA offers is also a way to recycle your traffic.

Having some exit pop ups will help you monetize your traffic.

Remember that CPA networks aren't trying to make things difficult. They just want to make sure that you're a legit business that will send them real leads

    Here are some tips

    Step #1: Find an Offer
    Design your site around CPA
Call Them Before They Call You

Give the network a call right after you apply. This shows you're the real deal.

Check Your Whois: Some networks check to see if your site's whois address matches your mailing address.

    Be Honest

CPA applications have a section that asks about your internet marketing experience
