How to Deactivate AdSense Ads on Specific Website?

I have a few websites I want to sell and I want to deactivate AdSense ads without going through the hassle of manually deleting code from pages.
Is there a way to do that in my AdSense account? I can see that that all units are active so there must be a way to deactivate them. Here's a screenshot:
