Are there any good websites for purchasing cheap traffic that actually work for promoting cpa offers? I see a lot of sites advertising things like 5000 visitors for $30. Does anyone recommend any of these.

most of those "XXXX visitors for $XX" sites are typically used to inflate the popularity of a website for a variety of reasons. they usually never convert. you might look into cheap ppv traffic like mediatraffic or findology, but getting those $0.01 clicks to convert is another story...

Agree. Everything I've heard about pay-per-traffic schemes has not been positive. I would steer clear.

This kind of traffic might help your Alexa ranking but it usually never convert, The only times it might work is if you will creat a Very clean ,nice & attractive Gifts/squeeze page with an opt-in form to build your list.
