Never heard about it. No phone number listed in their contact page...

I'd suggest you read this thread (http://www.warriorforum.com/ad-netwo...a-network.html), go through the check list that mentioned in the post and do some due diligence before joining any affiliate network.

All the best :)

Re: ClickSure.com working?

For those of you who aren’t already aware, ClickSure.com is a new network very similar to ClickBank.com. Affiliate payouts range from 5%-80% rev share (no CPA).

Affiliates are paid via wire two weeks out, then weekly on every Thursday. E.g. Sales from Mon 1st to Sun 2nd are held for two weeks, and then paid out on Thurs 25th with a 20% reserve for 6 months.

Feel free to contact our support team at ClickSureSupport.com if you have any other questions.

Also just signed for ClickSure.

Note reply by ClickSure 'new' member in this thread promoting their 'services' -- but would observe
(1) Currently very few products on offer (I saw 4 unless I was missing something else)
and
(2) None of the sign up pages (for bank details etc) are https -- which seems unacceptable
and
(3) Support nav link was broken (I have reported this to them) due to silly code error that should have been spotted before going public.

This is a sophisticated website set-up if it is only for phishing purposes - BUT if real they need to get their act together pretty quick to maintain any new-affiliate confidence -- IMHO.

Re: ClickSure.com working?

Hello,

As mentioned, we are still a new company and are taking things slowly, so it’s interesting to read feedback – good or bad.

To address a couple of concerns/give you some insight into where we are coming from and what we are looking to achieve;

We don’t have a vast majority of products for affiliates to promote. This is correct, but doesn’t reflect a lack of demand or ‘hope marketing’ as has been suggested. In pre-launch we had over 500 new product submissions alone. However, as you can imagine in the digital product niche, organising and setting up processing for a site like ClickSure is not a simple task, and has only been possible thanks to a lot of industry experience in our management team. Once processing was in place, it would be very easy for us to just accept all comers and process away. However, if we took that attitude, we would be putting our processing at risk from the start. We don’t believe that we can be an overnight competitor to ClickBank. Our approach is to take things slowly and manage our accounts with a view to creating long term stability. ClickSure has taken many, many month of development, and we have no interest in essentially wasting it by thinking that we are something we are not, or by having the attitude that we are invincible. This is a very tough market, but we are going to take things slowly and we hope in the long run that we will be able to grow and become a major player in the digital product industry.

Thanks
The ClickSure Team

Re: ClickSure.com working?

Good to hear that the company is not adamant to feedbacks and from theeir website, things are looking promising. I have signed up and yes, I find that there are few products there as compared to clickbank. . . but hey, being a new player I should expect that new products would be available as the days go by.

I would give clicksure the benefit of the doubt here as I can see a silver lining with the company. . . I just hope that improvements would be made with regard to the available products and services. I just can't give any concrete feedback on Clicksure as I have only just begun using them. . . I would give you guys further information and feedback once I have fully utilize their services.

I actually tested them over the last few days, but the site just went offline. Could be the server, but it looks like a scam to me.

Edit: Okay, the site has been up and down, so it's apparently just a server problem.

I still don't trust the platform, it's too new, little and unknown.
I currently got $424 on my affiliate account with them. If and when I get paid, I'll write it in this thread.

Hello

We have had a bit of downtime this evening as one of our database servers went down for a short while which affected the site. Our tech team was onto this pretty much straight away, and the site is now back up and running.

FYI, ClickSure has been up and processing for a few months now, I know it's only just started to be picked up on here but we have paid out quite a lot in affiliate commissions etc to date :)

Thanks

It's funny how many people say they want to have alternatives to whats available.

An alternative to clickbank comes out and everyone persecutes them before even giving them a chance.

I just joined, I don't know if they are any good or not but I am willing to give it a chance and see.

I bet if some one released a WSO about how awesome it is, everyone here would be joining left and right with out hesitation.

They are fairly new so growing pains will be there, but give them a chance to grow into a real alternative, or stop complaining that there are no alternatives.

Re: ClickSure.com working?

I sure hope they expand payment options. International wire transfers can be problemmatic with some US bank accounts as I am from the US. I m sure paypal can be a pain in the ass but Clicksure needs to give affiliates more options. I deal with anotherUK based affiliate network and they use moneybookers so I hope Clicksure reads this post and possibly considers them as well. Nevertheless, it appears many of the big Clickbank marketers have gathered some steam with Mike Auton's One Minute Commissions launch doing extremely well on Clicksure. It appears a lot of other big marketers are following suit over the next weeks and months. I do hope Clicksure becomes an alternative to Clickbank for many reasons we marketers know all too well.

Re: ClickSure.com working?

Hi

We will add more payment options as we grow. We are wary about using PayPal at the moment, but MoneyBookers is certainly an viable option.

With regards to wires, we have very, very few problems with them, and they are usually credited to most peoples accounts within a couple of days max.

Thanks

Thanks for the prompt response. Good to know you are reading user feedback. Another issue I currently have is that I am unable to access Marketplace when I am logged in. When I click on Marketplace after loggin in 2 options show up

1) affiliate sign-up( I'm already signed in)
2) seller sign-up

It appears you need "Already an affliate? sign in here" button to resolve this issue in your platform.

Re: ClickSure.com working?

This is my first post on this forum. I found this post googling clicksure trying to find out more about it. I just tried to purchase something from someone that is using clicksure.com to process the transaction, and my bank stopped the transaction. When I called my bank to find out why, they said clicksure is located in china, and that they (the bank) have had problems with this site.

Now, as much as I would like to do business with people in china, unfortunately the scammers from china imho outweigh my preference for risk, and for now, I would rather just say no to attempting transactions from that country. Also, I find it interesting that the whois information for this site mentioned in an earlier post shows the UK. That is just not being honest imo. Hope this helps.

Hi,

This is because we use multiple banks all over the globe - the bank location for transactions will be different to the ClickSure company location.

Went through their song and dance to get the codes for payment and they NEVER told me or my client that it would take 1 MONTH to get my product launch approved and then they are 3 MONTHS behind on approvals!

One thing I dont like is they lock your payment information once you initially set it up. I sent them an email to unlock my payment information because my banking details changed and I have yet to hear from them for 2 weeks. Hi

We are a fairly new company in what is an extremely demanding niche (payment processing). For that reason, we have to ensure that our growth is stable and sensible to ensure that our current and future clients have a safe and reliable platform to use.

Because the ClickSure platform is good, we have been extremely busy and have taken on a lot of products/vendors in a very short space of time. We feel that it would be unwise to expand faster than we are doing as it would put an unnecessary strain on the platform in its early stages. We could, if we chose to, approve every product that approached us and not care about maintaining a stable platform. However, in the long run that would benefit absolutely no-one.

Yes, this is a pain now if you are waiting for a product to be approved, but its not a reason to "stay far far away". Its completely the opposite. We are growing at a sensible rate because we want to be able to be a long-term player in a niche that is largely dominated by just a couple of platforms. If we can bring a bit more diversity to that niche then it is good for everyone, so whilst I do understand that its frustrating, I would ask that you also understand where we are coming from, and that in the long run it will be better for everyone.

Thanks
Dave

Re: ClickSure.com working?

I also attempted to purchase two separate products via my debit card that were processed through ClickSure, but was denied. The first time I simply figured it was due to being an international transaction, so I simply used another card. But when it happened again a few days later, I became curious and called my bank.

It turns out that the transactions are coming across tagged as "online gaming" from China. Not only did the bank deny those transactions... they blocked my card from accepting ANY purchases going forward!

Once they explained the situation, they unblocked my account, but said they can't do anything about allowing these type of purchases to be approved and if I try to make an attempt again using ClickSure, the system will block my entire account again. (I guess some banks are more strict than others.)

Is there anything you can do to prevent the purchases coming across using the "online gaming" descriptor?

radrusky 15th June 2012 09:16 AM

Re: ClickSure.com working?

Something else worth mentioning...
The actual price charged on the card is slightly different than the purchase price, due to currency exchange rates. (I know this is written on the payment receipt from ClickSure, but some people may not read that and wonder why.)

So, for example, my $27 purchase ended up coasting $27.50 and my $19 purchase resulted in a charge of $19.36. Not a big deal, but certainly worth mentioning so that you factor that in if you are a seller considering using ClickSure, as you may end up getting some upset buyers complaining to you.

Re: ClickSure.com working?

Well my experience is that they not only withdrew more than the total on each invoice (which came to $2.30, not a lot, but frustrating, but also since it was 3 invoices it totally confused me because...

The worst though is that they ALSO made 3 extra withdrawals of $19.49 $204.02 and $202.01 from my bank account for which they sent me NO invoice or communication at all.

I was not even aware of it because it didn't show up for several days and not all at once either.

Anyway, my total purchases were $315.... but $544.50 was taken out of my account.

I was within my trial period on all the products when I began trying to deal with them and wanted completely refunded. They took their time... and so far I've only seen $204.68 back in my account... and it's been 3 1/2 weeks. Tonight they just told me I'm getting another $17.00 refunded. Why is it so slow and disorganized?

There's no phone or email address to communicate with them, so you're at their mercy. Right now I'm trying to get them to make me a report of all the order #'s, totals, amounts withdrawn, and refunds. I hope they keep talking to me and we get this ironed out. I hope I get it all back!!!!!

Clicksure is where Anthony Morrison and other creators of ebusiness and affiliate marketing clickbank products have moved to.

It seems that most of the ebusiness and emarketing clickbank vendors were all the same person because all of the newly launching products in that niche have moved to clicksure and they have stopped dealing with clickbank because of their easy refunds.

(Just go to clickbank and notice there are no new products popping up in that niche; also go to jvnewswatch and you will see most of the affiliate programs being launched are at clicksure instead of clickbank)

I am awaiting my first payment of over $300 from clicksure which is due to be paid on June 28, 2012.

I noticed on your statement it is not showing under payment date "June 28". There is only a dash there. Your payment may actually not be due yet. In my case I do have a payment date that says June 28 but I DID NOT receive a payment. I will continue digging. In my case I think it is because I used a prepaid debit card for my banking info and most of those type of cards do not accept international wire transfers.

Clicksure is not located in China, but their credit card processing company is affiliated with online gambling, so the US Government has forced VISA/MASTERCARD to flag any company that is in any way associated with gambling. Not only will ALL TRANSACTIONS be blocked, but your credit card account is in jeopardy of being shut down permanently.
