Yes, you can put more than one.

Each network has different terms under which they allow sites. The ones you listed above are pretty reputable ones. What I suggest is to apply to each of them, and test out the ones that approve you, to see what makes you the most money.

Thank you very much my friend.
Does anybody know which is the general cpm of each ad platform?

It would be hard for anyone to provide you with accurate info on that. The CPM and the fill rate vary so much, and depend on so many factors.

Just sign up to all those networks, and test them out yourself, stick with whichever one is the most profitable for you.

Just check out the terms / FAQ, they will post it in there most of the time.

Also CPM = Cost Per Mille, "miles" was just probably a typo, but it made me smile.

Each site gets different eCPMs from networks due to the site content, the demographics of the users, the site design, and many more factors - so what one person gets rarely equates to another that closely even with the same network.

That said, the reviews I made of each network on AdBalance (see sig) do include the eCPMs I see with each one if you'd find that info useful.

Cost per miles means advertisement on the basis of thousands. So if you have visitors in 35000 than you should go for it.
