I am one of the main developers of Blv.Me, so let me introduce it to you.

It is a brand new CPA URL Shortener, like those you have never seen before.
Every link you shorten gets locked with a few surveys, like a "classic" content locker.

An dynamic domain is an interesting thought, but better to keep people happy than work around them.

Dynamic domain was a joke.... I guess you could order up a bunch of "aidfsdjlf.INFO" and try it that way... Good luck

BFOSH, I know of adf.ly, ity.im, cashyourlinks, adm.as,
but i dont like those, because they pay with cpm and you need literally thousands of views to make a couple of dollars.
Only CPA can make a good job with making serious money. Sofar, blv.me proves to be best. for me at least.

  It would be nearly impossible to have our own advertiser network from the first day, but we have built an advanced offer filtering system to keep our conversions as high as possible.

So, in short, you do broker offers. Not a big deal as many new networks do this, however, my question is: Do these network's know how their offers are being promoted. I ask this due to the fact that one of your brokered networks find's out, bans and withholds payment to you, in the end that effects your publishers.

Of course they do know and they knew long before we started!
We would never risk our publishers' revenues.
We are in continuous communication with the cooperated networks
and our rules always comply with every cooperated network's rules.
I said our service is new. I never said we're amateurs.

It is fine, I did not take it the wrong way.
I appreciate your point, as you seem to be experienced.
I just wanted to make it more than clear that we would never risk our publishers' revenues and we are fully legitimate and complying with everyone's rules.
Transparency is a key in this industry indeed.

I've been trying your shortener and in fact i think its pretty good. Very good conversions, fast interface, polite support. I think I'll make it to the $10 min payment until tomorrow Well done PiAlpha and any others involved, this is good work.

You should put a demo of what a locked page looks like on the homepage. I'm not really interested in using the service, but I was willing to sign up just to see what the locked pages look like. Most people won't be willing to do that.

Your service looks very good to me. It would be nice if the survey or CPA offers would be somehow related to the linked website. Maybe automatic detection or just by selecting a category.

I'm actually looking for a reliable URL Shortener without ads that doesn't remove affiliate links and has a good statistic feature. Some suggestions for clickbank promoting?

Hello Kaizen and thank you for you response.
This would be a very good idea, but ..
Although our system is already able to fetch some of the link's content, like icons, title and description, it is almost impossible for the offers to be related to the linked website, for the simple reason that there are infinite categories of links and link contents, but advertisers are not as many and they may also change their ads every day, so it's impossible for them to be categorized.
I'm not ruling this out completely though. If we find any way to apply this feature, I'll let you know, no matter what.

what is the average rate per 1000 visits?
what if the survey is not available to to the vister country? will it turn to a normal short link ?
Anyother payment option except paypal
I am earning good with linkbucks, adfocus and adfly can give a try to your network

Our url shortener pays on offer completion and not per thousand views.
This means the average rate per 1000 visits can be anywhere from zero to $10000,
depending on the percentage of success your links have.
For example, if 10% of the people who visit your link complete an offer, you will earn an average of $100 per thousand visits.

When a link is shortened and locked, it is probably considered to be valuable. So, we think that turning it into a normal auto-redirecting short url in case there are no available offers would not be reasonable. There are normally offers for all countries.

For now, Paypal is the only payment option, but we'll be adding more in the future.
