hi guys after a few months of reading and stressing i almost quit last week but i just hanged on and today i made $50 with marketleverage amazing eventhough its not alot but its a start

so to all those who are not making anything just hang in there i know exactly how you feel even though this $50 wont cover my losses ive made over the past few months trying allsorts but its an achievement and hopefully ill cover my losses and much by carrying on

Yeah no kidding - first sale is a bit of a rush. I remember mine - even though it was 5 years ago for a dental insurance product that I never sold another of ever. LOL.

  lol i was well excited up until i seen my adwords bill but ive read at first people do lose is this true .....lol well yes it is im out of pocket at the moment but ill do some tweaks with adwords and try to level things up
  but like you say im seeing it work and its motivating even more to keep going and make it better lets hope i make some more today

That's really great extreme76, my first sale was $2.50 commission it was a good few years ago, but I still remember the excitement of that first sale.

It still took a while to be in profit, you have the right idea, tweek a little build consistency then repeat.

The first sale is probably the best feeling ever, this is the point where you realise this actually works and you've done something right.

Now you need to figure out what that was... then you'll see the $$$ more often.

I was the same as you, before I got my first sale I spent a lot of time and money doing stuff which day after day I didn't get anything. Then I decided to take a step back and try again in a different way... and guess what. I made a sale in 3 days.

The feeling was like I could accomplish anything...

congratulations extreme76. My first online sale was by accident when I joined an MLM website in year 2002. One evening I received a check in my mail for $40 commission selling a handbag?? It triggered my first interest to seriously look into internet marketing.

just out of curiosity my stats for never blue for this month (5 days) are

13,026 impressions
126 clicks
2 conversions = $2.06

last month (only 2 weeks)

7088 impressions
209 clicks
5 conversions
$5.65

ps these are only email submits

and on market leverage
this month
2270 impressions
5 clicks
1 conversion
$ 29

can you see any improvement to be made from these stats (dont forget im a total newbie)

next i will list my sites so you proffesionals can review and advice me on them

i guess you have to be careful with market leverage i got a call today from my affiliate manager asking me how i managed to get 1 conversion out of 6 clicks its the 1st sale i got just pot of luck i told him but i was pretty shocked getting the phone call

They see things different on there side, no such thing as luck with Aff Mgrs...only conversion numbers.

1 in 6! That would be pretty darn good on a consistent basis though.

its happening im starting to see money $10 a day from adsense and yesterday on my site i had 2 clicks and 1 sale $32 i think its getting better before 1 in 6 now 1 in 2 better start sending some traffic now

Hi extreme76

I made my 1st sale a few weeks ago ($49) and this gave me encouragement and so far have made just over $400 in the last few weeks.

On another point one of my clickbank sales was made after just 11 clicks another product i promoted had nearly 400 clicks with no sale (i ditched promoting that one)

luckily my promotions are done using a free method so I am looking at all profit (less my time) which I have reinvested into hosting and an autoresponder and I am now starting to build a mailing list

Keep going and well done it's a real buzz

Congrats extreme! The first "sale" that comes from "selling nothing" is the best. I still remember mine as well - July of 2001 - and it's been a crazy ride ever since.

as mentioned above

monday= 6 clicks 1 conversion= $30

tuesday=2 clicks 1 conversion =$30

today 841 clicks = 0 conversions =7,764,278 impressions = 0.01% ctr

and a fecking bill of £60.73

the only thing i changed on the campaign is

Ad serving:

Optimise: Show better-performing ads more often (Recommended)
Rotate: Show ads more evenly

i changed it from optimize to rotating ? therefore 841clicks 7,764,278impressions

but no sales!

yeah. I have been with marketleverage for a while, but I still have not made one sale. i hate to say it, but I think they are involved in lead shaving. This has led me to believe this because their stat counter is WAAAAYA off. Their count stater showed something else than mine. I had 200 clicks and theres only had 4 clicks. Is something fishy going on? This is why I tend to stay away from affiliate programs and market my own products.
