Adult pop under traffic

I purchased 11k views yesterday from an adult network and had the sign up for a dating offer pop under.

However I didn´t get a single conversion... so what kind of offers work with this kind of traffic?

I guess it should be some kind of free offer, hard to get your credit card out when one hand is already in use... so cams will probably not work.

I am really in need of some help here, because I can smell the potential but it seems like I am unable to grab it!!! This is just the most annoying feeling in IM.

    Yeah, free offer may work better so you might want to start doing some test on different landing pages and offers.

    Where did you get your traffic from? Someone could of just sold you some really bad traffic.

    Nah, bought it from tier one adult network so quality should be decent. The dating offer I used was already free, howeve I didn´t get a single conversion and I am quite sure that a landing page (with adult traffic) would decrease the conversions even further (if I had any) since more work is involved for the candidate.

      Was this 11K clicks to your offer? So I'm guessing you are direct linking to the offer... and since you're not getting any conversions then a landing page wouldn't hurt to test out.

        Yeah, I came to that conclusion, too. Already build one, tomorrow I am going to purchase the domain and then test it with the traffic.

    POP Unders are very different from other marketing forms. They did not click on it, they are not interested, and something annoying just popped up.

    You have micro seconds to grab there attention and for that to happen you have to have fast servers, attention grabbing headline, something catchy. I hope this helps.

    i've started selling pop under traffic on an adult site that gets 45k visitors a month, but people looking for traffic are really specific. good luck on your search.

    I never use pop unders because people just automatically X out of them immediately. Split test direct linking and a good landing page you'll have much better luck. This is of course assuming you didn't buy crappy traffic. Does your traffic source allow you to geo target as well as block poor performing domains?

    Conversion depend on the landing page and specially quality of the traffic delivered,
    So we either did not see the LP and neither know your traffic source,
    So it is hard to suggest anything.
