    I would honestly say if you are getting good amount of traffic then go with AdSense. Could be a really cool small passive income which you can then invest into something else.

    That way you'll actually make more in the long run then just by selling it one time (which I am sure you won't be able to do for as much since I am guessing it is not making money yet).

    Long story short I would say keep it and grow it yourself - as for the quality of the ads I don't know since it is a but too scattered so won't be able to advise on that. Good luck though!
