Building email list with PPV traffic is one of the most powerful techniques. Apart from soloads, it's been the second most successful strategy for me.

You would want to learn all you can about listbuilding first, and there's a lot of threads Here's one such helpful one.

You should read through affplaybook forum. In general launching paid campaign is not as easy as 1-2-3 step.

Building a list is done easily by building a squeeze page that collects name and email ... then throwing some traffic at it. But it's not the best way to monetise your data. I make money with affiliate programs, but I also want to build a list of emails.

Naw mate - I meant selling leads directly i.e. insurance quotes, debt inquiries, loan application. That kind of stuff. Its essentially building a list, you just sell it the moment it comes in to a merchant or broker. They pay big bucks for that kind of data.

I do not know how to create a list. Information such as how to create a good list or what to do with the list or how to market not helpful to me.

If you want to build a list with PPV, then you will need to understand how your PPV source is delivering traffic. What type of pop window is being displayed, sizes, under, over, etc. The easiest for me when building lead lists through PPV is creating the lead form itself inside the pop window box (with my source). No additional click thrus needed, no 1 page squeeze pages convincing. Just a simple call to action with a few fields. I've been able to generate credit and biz opp leads easily through PPV. I'm sure you can generate leads in several other verticals.
