Default Competing Adwords inside same campaign?

I am waiting for my Google Optimiser to come back to me on Monday, but wondered if anyone here had the answer I was looking for before this.

I want to setup a competing adgroup with the same keywords so that I have 2 websites in the particular market I am in, but want them to both show up at the same time.

Now to do this, can it be done within my current campaign or do I need to setup a new adwords account due to me bidding on the same keywords?

Only one ad can be triggered from an account, even if you have many groups with the same keyword. Even if they point to different URLs. Google will simply rotate your ads among those groups.

Having two accounts would solve this but you are not allowed more than one account. Therefore, you are stuck with your current set up and have the ads rotated.
