Default Subdomains SEO & AdWords Help

Hi,

I have a parent brand client with 2-sub-brands. They want both their sub-brands to be accessable under the same domain.

We are having a landing page, with some text etc and links to both sub-brands. these links will go to seperate eCommerce sites, but under the same domain.

My first question is would subdomains be the best way to do this for organic SEO purposes?

My second question is, if I ran an AdWords campaign, what would the best way be to set it up? Have to seperate accounts for each sub-domain or have 2 campaigns for each sub-domain?

Thanks in advance for any advice.

All the best,

Misch

PS. Do you think it would just be better to have 2 seperate domains for the sub-brands?
