Default Anybody Else Get This Threatening Message From One Of PJ's July Backlinks Packet?

In my email inbox overnight after some backlinking:

Dear SEO Spammer,

You have just spammed my site, Urbis.com, by creating a profile for the purposes of creating backlinks to your site.

I am taking the following actions:
1. I am reporting you to the Federal Trade Commission. What you are doing is illegal. Read the law here: FTC GUIDES CONCERNING USE OF ENDORSEMENTS AND TESTIMONIALS IN ADVERTISING
2. I am reporting you to Google, which means you will be much lower in the search rankings. Google does not like link spamming.
3. If your profile spam continues, I will file a civil lawsuit against you.

-Steve

Yep thanks Franco.

Paul (PJ) addresses this on The Angela Experiment thread now.

It seemed like all bluff to me but wanted to share it with fellow backlinkers.

Hehe, he got me for a second with that email but when I read his "link" I immediatley knew he doesn't have a clue what he is talking about. Also like you said Paul explained very good

Lets hope we don't get a "real" pain in the ass guy soon

Also, if these sites don't like us putting links into our Bios, then why allow it.

Cheers, Lee.

The guy started a warning thread in the main forum and it got deleted. He hasn't got a clue what he's talking about, and he has no idea exactly how many possibly active users he's alienating.
