Why is my latest hub ranking poorly?

I've been playing with hubpages, currently I have 8 of them, there were more but I deleted the ones that ranked poorly, some from being too promotional for hubpages liking, others with not enough fresh content.

To date I've managed to keep my overall hub ranking above 70 which alegedly means your hub links are dofollow (not sure if that is still current with so many social bookmarking sites going nofollow)

my last one *should* be ranking better than it is, for some reason *out of the starting blocks* hubpages ranked it rather low (48) I did some social bookmarking on it and it's even lower now?

Can anyone here with hubpages expertise suggest something to improve this situation?

Could it be that I am not interacting with other hubbers?

You may have overused a lot of words. More than likely, that is what you are penalized for and why your score is so low. "Automated External Defibrillators" was mentioned 15 times.

Wow, an instant increase in hubpages rank.

I took out 4 instances of that possibly offending overuse of a keyword
Will take out other instances of remaining keywords and report back to see if the hub score improves further.
