Is there any thumb-rule for deleting a keywords for Adword?

Yeah know, something like a keyword that generate at least 100~200 impression with 0/1 clicks?

I actually have a trouble to determine which keyword actually converts or not for my campaign since every keyword look promising to me...and I afraid I might slipped a good keyword if I delete everything pre-maturely.

So I need you guys opinion or tips about it.
