How to find niche related fourms?
I just checked google new options, but most of those are having good PR but those do NOT accpet any external links as well as most of them are NOFOLLOW. However, I heard that there are some special queries to do so, Anyone knows about it?

Amenda, type in inurl:phpbb, or "powered by phpbb", and then put your niche keyword in quotations. For example, if your niche was "make money" you'd type -

inurl:phpbb "make money"

As for sifting through the nofollow forums, that's unfortunately just part of the time consuming process. Will take a few hundred hours to get any substantial amount of good PR forums.

As Steve implies, automation is key here -- otherwise you're doing -- SLOWLY -- what a machine is much more efficient for.
