Adwords Not Showing My New Ad Groups..

I had a few ad groups in one of my campaigns paused for a while. After 2 weeks I enabled them. Adwords started to show my ads. But when I added a new ad group for my campaign, it doesn't show any of my ads. It says "Yes" that my ad is showing. My keywords have a quality score of 7. What is the problem?

Could your account be under review? (every new change has to be approved before it it published)?

I also want to add that I have other ad groups where Google rarely shows my ads. Is this happening to anyone else?

No it's not under review. It was activated and my old ad groups are showing, except for the new ones that I make.

Sounds strange, I would ask them directly via support.

Some things to check:
- are the keywords having enough traffic?
- is your budget high enough?
- are your bids high enough?
- any other restriction you did, like geo-targeting, time-targeting etc. ?
- have your payments worked so far?

If you cant find anything, ask them!
