Default Voting pages up/down on Google

Has anyone experimented enough with this to know whether or not it has any impact on SERPs? If you don't know what I'm talking about, log into a gmail account and then perform a search on Google. You'll see up/down arrows and the ability to comment on each listing, but you have to be logged in.

Perhaps enough votes up or down could have the same impact as an indexed page that gets a high percentage of clickthroughs. I wouldn't bank on this having a huge impact, but who knows.

Has anyone played around?

I also wondered about this, I voted and my site was the first I saw in the search results on that particular computer only. I would guess that if others voted up for a site it would have an effect on the general serps.
