Google Business Listing Solo?

Curious to how someone gets the entire business listing for a search term and no other businesses are show.

For example "beverly hills rhinoplastly" has just one listing, clearly they are doing something?

What do you mean an "entire business listing?"
I get a full page of listings with plenty of local businesses.

If you mean the only google maps listing, I think it's because there aren't any other relevant businesses listed in google maps to show.

yes, sorry should clarify, meant Google maps results. There's a ton for regular plastic surgeon, but only 1 for Rhinoplasty? Seems odd?
