What does good SEO content look like?

Hey guys I'm looking for some advice on SEO content. I don't really know that much about it and any advice would be appreciated, especially what the difference in good and bad SEO actually is. I own a web design company but we don't offer copy writing because I don't know enough about it, so I'm also considering finding an SEO company to create my content for me. Any advice on either good copy writing companies or where to learn about SEO myself would be appreciated thanks.
