Which Link Directory Backlinks Show Up In Google?

Trying to find a link directory where I can purchase a "featured site" link that will show up in google as a backlink fairly quickly. Know of any?

Make a free blogger blog and post a backlink. It'll ping and get crawled right away. It may take a while to show up as a "link:" result, but those backlinks do get crawled, and whatever they're pointing at will get indexed pretty much immediately.

Note: That doesn't mean it will RANK well for ANYTHING, but it WILL get indexed.
