Adsense CPC decreased after OFF TOPIC post?

I have a website with high paying keyword theme. At first I noticed I did get high paying CPC (around $1 per click). Then I made 1 OFF TOPIC post which is very low paying CPC.

Later I deleted that off topic post, but I still have very low CPC (around $0.05 per click).

Why is that? Is it possible that I get very low CPC now because of the OFF TOPIC post that I made 2 weeks ago? What should I do now to get high CPC like I used to have?
