There are many factors that determine good seo. Overall, the most important factor is how many votes of confidence has your site received from other sites, i.e links. If you have the keyword in the domain, in titles, in tags and as anchor text in internal links your site should be in a good position to rank. If it ranks its good seo. Hope this helps.

Doing a quick keyword density check on your site using your domain " super tight abs" shows that you have your main key phrase in the title but nowhere else.

For example in either an h1, h2, or h3 header
in your meta description
in your meta keywords
in the actual body of your index page

It is still recommended that you include your main key phrase in the above.

In your body, make sure it reads well and makes sense but include your main key phrase in your h1 header, in the opening paragraph, once or twice (no more) throughout the body, and again in the last 50 words of your text.

If you like you can still make "The REAL Reason That You Have
Excess Stomach Fat..." as an h2 header but you must have your key phrase "super tight abs" somewhere in your h1 header.

The other major consideration is the number of highly relevant backlinks you have to your site.

There are some excellent threads on the forum regarding backlinks, take the time to read them.

There are other factors that other warriors may comment on, so listen to them, but the above will make a difference.

You can get your site graded and a receive a nice report about some of the SEO components over at www grader com.

I tested it with your "super tight abs" web site, it got a grade of 4 while warriorforum got a grade of 94...

Market samurai has a rank tracker which shows all the pages on your domain, their current position, pagerank, and backlinks. In the seo competition tool of samurai you can add your domain and see on page (title tags, Url, etc) and off page (back links, domain age, etc). Killer tool.

I use web ranking and rank tracker, both tools are very powerful!

I don't like full blown complicated SEO tools, may be they are powerful but search algorithm just changed too fast... I just keep the basic concept and try to white hat everything.

Just keep building links and tracking keywords, seems to be sufficient to me.

Generate Massive Free Targeted Traffic On Automation ==>Nuclear Traffic Storm
Turn Your Backlink Into RSS And Get Google To Crawl Them ==> Nuclear Link Crawler
Guaranteed To Rank Your Site On Page 1 ========> Guaranteed Ranking Service
Powerful Indexer That Makes Your Backlinks Count ==> Nuclear Link Indexer
