Charges for Handling Adwords account ?

I am a google certified adword professional. I am working with a big travel company and handling there marketing work. Now few other companies are approaching me to handle there PPC account. I don’t know how to charge them. Can you guys give me some idea ??

How much do you want to make? What is your overhead? Are you new to the game or have you managed other accounts successfully? I see you are from India where cost of living is lower. Don't ask for $40 per hour when the minimum wage there might be $1 per hour. Of course, your client may not be from India. Are they looking for cheap?
