Need Advice on Outsourcing SEO !?HELP!?

Well I've got about $80 extra saved up at this point.

I was thinking about using some of this cash to promote my blog. So I could add more content instead of doing backlinks etc.

I would Outsource Backlinking to other blogs.

Social Bookmarking Services.

and Directory Submissions.

Now I have a few questions.

Is this worth it? Or would the benefits not be worth the price tag?

Should I look for a service that does Do Follow Social Bookmarking only? For a boost in rank?

How many social bookmarks/directory submissions/blog comments should I do of each?

Of course price will play a part in that.

Last but not least, Which websites would provide good quality service I can trust at a cheap price?

I don"t like going to google and clicking the first 3 results knowing nothing of the companies and having to make a decision. Thanks a lot warriors, you guys are great!

not a problem i will send another pm after i have gone through your off page seo, i would highly recommend using web 2.0 properties for doing some power linking to your site, the links that come from these type of properties are seen by SE's as one of the higher value of backlinks you can get, they are editorial links and are monitored by human and google knows this and acknowledges it as a high trust link.

Honestly, I'd just do it myself. Nothing beats manual submission in terms of effectiveness and I think you'll find (as I have) that you're never quite satisfied with the services of these budget "10,000,000 Directory Submissions for $3!!!!!!" type services.

As far as the comment up there about web 2.0 properties being amongst the highest value links... that's completely and utterly false, at least for the reasons he gave.

Well the services are like 80 DoFollow social bookmarks for $25. So I;d expect decent quality control here.
