This guy owns the 5, 6, 7, 10 listing.

Here they own 6-10 here: Google

See all the pages redirect to the same site. Notice the domain name shown in the SERP and the site that you end up on. He is accomplishing this by search engine cloaking. Its a process by which he is showing a highly optimized page to the GoogleBot but showing REAL HUMAN users his sales page. To view the cloaked page click the "CACHED" link next to the domain on the SERP (Search Engine Results Page)

Has anyone tried cloaking like this?

Interesting, never see this before. Heard of "PR Hijacking" using 302 redirecting. Anyone know how this stuff work?

The practice of cloaking has been around a log time and great way to get your website removed from Google's index.

I've cloaked plenty in the past before I actually started looking at long term ROI and sustainability of my business model. This is a bit different than normal cloaking though. He kicked it up a notch, $5 says he's a member over at BHW.
