I think that Google has improved my rankings in the organic search results just for adding PPC. I have always used analytics on my websites as I am a bit obsessive about knowing what is happening on my websites. I am not the only one. ![]() On Thursday I started with pay per click on one of my sales pages that has finally achieved a good conversion rate. As a result of this the site has received an inordinate amount of search engine traffic. If I subtract the PPC numbers there is still a big jump up. So the penny has dropped in my head....... If I use google's tools more I will get more organic and free traffic. This is on top of any paid for traffic. Am I right? I think so but I do not have enough data as yet to prove it. The other point is that it would be impossible for google NOT to index a website that has analytics/adsense/PPC on it. Do any old hands here have a view on this? |

I would always recommend using webmaster tools, thats what its there for right? Any errors or areas google dislikes you will be promoted and the necessary changes can easily be made.
