a google slap is when your google ranking drops drasticly. I recently had one go from a pr2 back down to a pr0 and some of the pages are page rank not available. Which is not a bid deal for that site at this time. It has enough backlinks to keep it running for a few more months. However before the traffic stops on that completly I will fix all issues which caused me to be google slapped in the first place. And once again get my 300 search engine volume aday.

The Google Slap actually called "The Google Adwords Slap" is a way by which Google penalizes advertisers who have landing pages and sites with little content.
