Penalized by Google plz help

I need help.

My Blog was ranked every well for several keywords,but now my blog dis affair from google search for those keywords.

Mistake Done my me:- I post duplicate content in my blog, but now i delete that content from my blog.

Now plz tell me what is the next step. how to get back my previous position.

Backlink the hell out of an inner page for each of your terms and you'll get there!
