Default Adwords Manual Review Of My Ebook Site

I asked google for a manual review of my site since the quality score is 1/10 and getting no traffic.

Here is the response:

Quote:
Thank you for your patience while we manually reviewed your landing page
quality.

Your landing page has been judged of poor quality because it appears to be
a spam ebook/newsletter. You request people visiting your site to enter
their names and email addresses to get information. This model is not one
that Google encourages.

More information about the types of website Google does not encourage can
be found here:
Are there any types of websites that merit low landing page quality scores? - AdWords Help

You can improve your landing page quality by optimizing your website per
our guidelines. Our guidelines emphasize:

* Relevant and original content
* Transparency into the nature of your business, how your site
interacts with a visitor's computer, and how you intend to use a visitor's
personal information
* Navigability, i.e., providing a short and easy path for a user to
purchase or receive the product or offer in your ad
My page asks people for their username and email address so I can give them free information - a squeeze page of course. But there are also links in the navigation menu where they can freely go to read plenty of other information.

What does google expect people to do when they advertise their site?

Default Re: Adwords Manual Review Of My Ebook Site

I`ve had the same problem whn I started to advertise my squeeze pages.

Google does not like squeeze pages.

What I do is just add more text to my squeeze page, below my optin and the main thing like bullets, benefits, etc. They start to like it pretty soon
