Can any body teach me steps how to do
-Social bookmarking?
-Directory submission?

How do you Tell if a site is do follow or not?

Just open accounts on bookmarking sites, and slowly (3-5 a day) place random bookmarks on random accounts. Be sure to bookmark other things than your site. Directory submissions are not worth much any more, can't advise you there.

When you are on a bookmarking site, on a page with public bookmarks, choose 'View source' from the view or file menu depending on your browser. This opens a text window with the html. Ctl-F to find the word 'nofollow'. If the word does not occur it is a dofollow site.
